I tried placing an order on flannels.com and the payment went through, but then the order didn’t appear in my account at all. I ended up waiting around and emailing support just to figure out whether it had actually worked or not, which felt a bit unnecessary, right?

The refund did come back eventually, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was annoying enough that I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again.

I tried using a discount code that seemed like it was still valid, but when I got to checkout, it wouldn’t go through. Maybe I missed some fine print, but from my end it felt a bit misleading and frustrating.

I used a Flannels gift card on the website it was painless. I just popped the code in at checkout and, from the way it updated straight away, I assumed it had all gone through properly without needing to double-check everything.

There were no random errors or faffing around, which is always a relief. The order went through fine, and the confirmation email came through quickly too, so overall it was a smooth experience

I ordered a jacket and a pair of trainers from flannels both fit TRUE TO SIZE. I was a little unsure at first because sizing can be all over the place depending on the brand, but the size guide was actually really helpful. Everything fit properly, so I didn’t have to deal with returns, which is ALWAYS a relief. Overall, really happy with my order.

Ordered something from flannels trying to return it has been such a pain. It took ages to get any clear info, and then I found out I had to pay the return postage myself, which… yeah, not ideal. I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery updates could’ve been better, and when you’re paying a bit more you do expect that side to be smoother. Still, the support team responded quickly and got it fixed in the end

I’ve ordered from flannels.com a few times now and, to be fair, everything has always turned up fine and quickly. I’ve never had any issues with the items themselves. The only downside for me is the delivery charge, it doesn’t bother me so much if I’m buying a few things, but if it’s just one small item, it can feel a bit steep. Overall I’m happy with the service, I just wish the shipping was a bit cheaper in certain situations.

I raised a complaint about a missing refund and, i’ve just been passed from person to person for weeks. I’m not being difficult, I just want the money I’m owed and a clear answer. Instead, I keep getting the same copy-and-paste replies and nobody seems to actually take ownership of it. I’ve had to keep chasing Flannels myself, and I still don’t have a proper update. Really disappointing customer service...

The prices feel high, and I just don’t really see the value there for me. Once you add in delivery and possible return costs, it starts to feel like a lot, if that makes sense. I probably wouldn’t shop here very often.

My order showed up super quick, which was a nice surprise!! The packaging was really solid too... the box wasn’t all smashed up or anything, and everything inside was wrapped nicely. no complaints from me at all!!! Happy with the whole experience.

I bought this hoodie because it looked nice, it does look good in person. But the material feels thinner than I expected. It’s not terrible, especially since I got it on sale, but I feel like the goalposts keep moving with clothing quality lately. You pay what seems like a decent price and still end up thinking, “Wait, wasn’t this supposed to be a little better?” Overall, it’s fine, just not as good as I was hoping.
